We have been tourism professionals for over 20 years. We are both DMC in South East Asia and hoteliers. We created KOOB based on our own needs as professionals: to make our reservation processes more fluid, to improve our confirmation times, to better monitor our reservations.
Meet the team
As the President and the main shareholder of the company, I am in charge with the strategy and its implementation with Agnès.
I am the multi tasker of the team, in charge of following the progress of the teams of course, but also of supervising the technical developments of the platform, working on business development and financial projections, developing our strategy and our actions in favor of sustainable development and many other things.
I am in charge of the development and monitoring of the solution with our different stakeholders. Responsible for a small dedicated team, I ensure that the solution delivered to our clients is functional and deployed, and work on the development of new features.
I’m responsible for sourcing our long term DMC partners while raising the brand awareness of KooB within the global travel industry. Based on my international experience working alongside DMCs across the world, I make sure than our future partners share our sustainable tourism vision, are experts of experiential travel and want to expand their digital presence and tech capabilities by our side.
My primary responsibility is to accurately and efficiently input and manage data into systems and databases .With attention to detail, speed, and a focus on data quality, I contribute to the reliability and integrity of the information used within our organization.
My responsibilities is to enter data into the system with utmost precision and attention to detail and ensure that data is correct. I actively collaborate with my colleagues and ensure that the organization has reliable and well-organized data for its operations.
I enjoy sharing my knowledge and helping them enhance their skills and contribute effectively to the team’s objectives.
I am responsible for Connectivity of KOOB booking solution and communication with our DMC clients and their supplier hotels. Moreover, I examine the hotels’ contract of our DMC partners and upload in the platform. Although I have been with KOOB for only a few months, my experience in the tourism industry of more than 11 years is an asset in handling each mission of the KOOB. As a former reservation staff member of a travel agency, it is meaningful and relatable for me to work for the KOOB’s Solutions for the DMCs and Hotels as it solved the difficulties I have dealt before and absolutely time saving solution in the booking process.
